Store customer service

Hello everybody, this is Santiago from Spain. After reading and learning as much as possible about speeduino i decided to order some parts and a fully assembled 0.4 board a week ago. I have been trying to contact with the shop customer service and i have had no answer regarding my order and no updates, is it something normal?
