Hello there i woud like to ask if i can use the MicroUsb Port from a Mega2560 Pro board as a usb connection for connecting to Tunerstudio.... Thanks

Ok it works but for some reason i see other people bypassing this stock microusb port and using something else to connect with their laptop.... Im not sure why. My connection was fine with the speeduino using that default one

Some of the Pro board designs had an error in the USB section that prevented "normal" connection. People used workarounds to make it functional, and that's the source of the confusion. Do a search for USB resistors, and the correct values for them to work right, if you are having issues. Most seem to be fine now in current production from what I can tell.
