Not going to be a firmware bug.

Will most likely be a hardware issue (wiring, sensor or faulty Speeduino/Arduino).

One other possibility is corrupted firmware.

You could do an eeprom clear and reload firmware then base tune then re-enter all your settings.

Today I checked the wiring and tested the sensor, everything is fine.
How do I reload the firmware?
I tried speedyloader ant installed downgrade and no luck for me

You need to find and fix your actual problem.

Do you have a spare Arduino you can test?

Or some random resistors you can put in place of your sensor to see the result?
