Hi;
I just hooked up wiring, did sensor calib and setup.
when I crank the engine over the rpm gauge in tunerstudio is flat
With a scope I get a pulse out of the hall crank sensor at crankover
jp2 is on hall, jp3&5 disconnected, 4 is connect
seems to be wired ok, on pin 25 or #32 ribbon position.

Any suggestions? thanks

are you getting sync?

have you selected correct board?

are your trigger settings correct?

post your tune , and a log taken with that tune. :)

The mega2560 is attached to speeduino v0.4.3c runnin tunerstudio lite
tuner studio recognizes tps, temps etc, it has 8,1 wheel
doesn't the hall pin detect fall edge?

I've done some work with embedded systems along time ago and I've always had to struggle through it, so I can appreciate the effort team arduino and speeduino have to taken to make all the products available to the public.

please let me know if someone needs something else.

You've got both the fuel and the spark set to sequential, but your initial comment indicates that you don't have a cam sensor attached at all.

Without a cam signal you can't/won't get sequential sync at all. Assuming you don't actually have a cam sensor, change your fuel and ignition modes to Paired/Wasted Spark and try again.

I changed both, see attachments and nothing seemed to change, no rpm when cranked the engine over.
the hall sensor output changes though.
also
I tested the injectors, and spark with that utility and they responded, but
when I cranked engine over no response. hall,injector, or spark

You've still got the injector layout set to Sequential.

I found the problem. in the old igniter box there is a fuel logic relay that went bad. the fuel pump would stop. :D
