I'll let noisymime or others chime-in here, but I believe it only adds one 220-ohm 1/4W resistor for the Flex Fuel sensor input, over the v0.4.2 BOM file in your Speeduino download. You should add a ULN2803A to your BOM if you plan to use the low-current outputs.
