Install might need a ground wire between cilinder head and ignition coil.
How are battery, speeduino, frame, and engine grounded ?
When an engine is mounted into a frame it is not guaranteed it does have good ground connections
Looking at the sync losses compared to the cranksensor signal, could it be related to an ignition or injection event ?
