Help with building your Speeduino, installing it, getting it to run etc.

Hi good evening everyone,
Today i finished the speeduino PCB, i look for shortcircuits between thin soldering gap, but eveything is OK.
I put the pcb and the arduino together and SURPRISE!
NOT WORKING.
If I put just the arduino it reconognise.
Then I put arduino and the PCB and tuner Studio dont recognsie it, I see in device manager is conected but is imposible to get working, any thoughts on this?

Thank you.

So to confirm,
If you connect only the Arduino and run TS it operates correctly?
But when you put the speeduino board onto the Arduino it stops working?

If that is true then you have a short circuit on your speeduino board.

Yeah this behavior is almost always down to a short somewhere, the most common being between 5v and ground.

Take your multimeter and check what the resistance across 5v and ground is.

Thank you for the fast reply :D
When I was soldering I was very carefull but I'll be more tho
I will check everything you tell, and I post the results this afternoon.

Yes, I tried in diferent COM ports, when I conect both the PC recognize the arduino in device manager but not in TunerStudio

PS: Sorry about my english, i need to practise more jajajaaj

Zenner and all diodes are OK

The resistance between 5v and GND is 709 Ohm and without arduino is 1,4K
Arduino 5V-GND is 1,5K

This are OK values?

Sounds ok, it doesn't rule out the zener being installed wrong way. Use the multimeter diode test mode to +5v and gnd points. It will show about 5.6v if all is ok, but about 1.5v if not ok.

Is dead? :( :( :(
You have the zener or some other component that connects to 5v rail installed wrong way.
I'm looking for issuse in the PCB but im not able to find the problem, it can be other reason? I'm getting nad because my computes recognizes arduino but tuner studion not :|
