I do agree with all you have write. One thing that not can be done, ignition, it is still running on the distributor. From start it's what manuals tells, degree on a rpm. What happens when the vacuum starts to move ignition I will see then.
Back to starting tune. PW is the amount of how much fuel is squirted. With same pump pressure, same injector, same voltage, same map and same PW the fuel should be same. Or? If a engine runs on this values it should run independent of what "black box" makes the squirt. Or?
AFR/lambda tells how well the fuel is used. If value is X and it runs fine, should it not do that independent the box?
But if I connect the speedy to do the squirts it's not steady, it hunts around the cells. I have not yet get it stay steady on a rpm, map, VE. This run was close. It not sure but it could be before I install WB.

Now when I data on D jet rpm, AFR on idle and up to 2000 rpm I will see if I can force speedy to do the same.
And if I understood you correct I should do that on VE table, might need to change almost every cell around the rpm and map.
Req-fuel should be close, if I move it up or down it runs worse. And need more change in cell value. Run out of fuel so had to buy 20 liter again, I must have burn hundreds liter fuel so far
