I thought this would have been done to death but I can't seem to find any solid info on it. I'm going to be using a VR sensor for my trigger wheel. Is there any real-world benefit of going for 60-2 over 36-1? All I've read so far is slightly better resolution in timing, maybe 6° for the 60-1 over 10° for the 36-1. I'm not going high RPM, 6000 max. Thoughts?

At those RPMs, I've seen very little difference in accuracy between a 36-1 and a 60-2. It does start to become noticeable below 36-1 (Eg 24, 12 etc), but it's very much diminishing returns past 36.
