What differences between 4.3 and 4.3b boards?

There was a pull-down resistor (R14) that was not receiving proper grounding. The 2560 will pull it down internally though, so the resistor is sorta redundant. 0.4.3b corrects the issue (though i have not heard of any side effects of the original setup).

Any update on the SMD board?

v0.4.3 SCH uses old V0.3 net labels for the IGN, which are not the actual pin #'s on the MEGA.
